About This House

The minimum stay requirement is twenty days. After the initial twenty-day period, the stay may be renewed or extended in seven-day increments at the same daily rate.

Accommodations are available for twenty days, one month, two months, or longer, with terms offered on a month-to-month or daily basis subject to the twenty-day minimum. Rates are as follows.

You will be sharing a spacious executive home with two or three professionals who are either students at local colleges or full-time employees. Guests have access to all common areas, including the community pool and jacuzzi, living room, downstairs back patio, and kitchen. Dishware and cookware are available for light meal preparation.

A discount is offered for monthly reservations.

The monthly rate is $1,300.00.

A refundable security deposit of $1,300.00 is required. This deposit will be refunded provided all house rules and regulations are followed and no damage is caused to the property. The same policy applies to daily rate stays; however, the security deposit amount will be equal to the cost of the first twenty days of the stay.

The first available move-in date begins December 19th.

The first month\'s rent or the payment for the first twenty days, along with the refundable security deposit, is due prior to the stay. The deposit is refundable provided all house rules and regulations are followed and no damage is caused to the room, bathroom, or property.
