Pricing and Terms

• The nightly rate is $400 for up to eight people.
• A four-night minimum stay is required for the New Year\'s Day and Christmas periods.
• All other bookings require a minimum two-night stay.
• A cleaning fee is included in the quoted rate.
• A refundable security deposit of $1,000.00 is required to cover any potential damages.
