About This House

I am offering my owned interval at the Westin Ka\'anapali Ocean Villas in Maui for rent. This is for a seven-night stay, with dates to be selected based on availability for 2025 and 2026. Standard nightly rates range from $450 to $750, but I am renting the one-bedroom premium villa for $2250 for the entire week. Other resort destinations might also be possible. Options for partial weeks, two-bedroom lock-off villas ($3750 per week), and studio villas ($1750 per week) could be available. Availability may also extend to the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Villas North and Nanea properties.

The rental period is from January 2025 through December 31, 2026. The one-bedroom Premium Villa includes a full kitchen and laundry facilities and can accommodate up to four guests. This is a one-week rental. Please call to discuss your preferred travel week, and I will confirm availability directly with the resort. This property is considered one of Maui\'s premier destinations.

I will personally assist you in securing your desired dates. You will be registered as my guest at the property, and the reservation will be fully verifiable by you before any financial transaction takes place.
