This seventh-floor condo provides breathtaking views to the north and south. A wall of glass spans the entire living room and master bedroom, with balconies on both sides offering spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas.

The rooms are exceptionally large, totaling 2,080 square feet. They are clean, recently upgraded, and feel spacious and airy, with excellent views from every angle. The decor creates a warm, luxurious, beach-themed atmosphere.

The layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen bed, a full bed, a single bed, and three high-quality air beds. The maximum occupancy is five adults plus two children up to ten years old.

Access is very convenient. There are no hills or steps from your car, as parking is located directly below the building. An elevator is right there, serving only two condos on the entire floor. Upon exiting the elevator, the unit door is immediately to the left.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features purified water.

In the living room, a new 65-inch 4K TV with Roku is mounted above a cozy gas fireplace. A large couch provides a comfortable spot for relaxation and movie watching.

The master bedroom also has a new 65-inch 4K TV with Roku above its fireplace. This TV can be pivoted to be viewed from the master bathroom\'s jacuzzi tub.

A smart TV with Roku is also provided in the second bedroom.

There is abundant cabinet space in the kitchen and ample closet space in the bedrooms.

This unit is situated within one of the safest, most family-friendly, and well-maintained environments in all of Baja. The property is completely gated and has 24-hour security guards on the grounds.

Lush grassy areas line the coastline, offering spaces to stroll, sit and relax, or barbecue while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool area, which includes a kiddie pool and a jacuzzi, overlooks the cliff and provides spectacular viewing areas. Please note: Guests have access only to the south east pool area. The north west pool is reserved for owners or long-term renters.

K-38 is a famous and highly regarded surf spot, considered one of the best in Baja for its long, rolling waves that allow for exceptionally long rides. A significant advantage is its privacy, as surfers have direct access only if they are staying at Club Marena, or they must paddle a considerable distance from the south.
