Are you searching for a fast romantic or family escape that feels nearly identical to Hawaii yet is conveniently close?

This seventh-floor condominium offers stunning panoramic views to the north and south. Essentially, a full wall of glass spans the entire living room and master bedroom, complemented by balconies on both sides to enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

The rooms are exceptionally large, totaling 2,080 square feet. They are clean, modernized, and provide an open, spacious ambiance with excellent views from every angle. The decor presents a warm, luxurious, beach-themed environment.

The layout includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements consist of one queen bed, one full bed, one single bed, and three high-quality air beds. The maximum occupancy is five adults plus two children up to ten years old.

Access is very convenient. There are no hills or stairs from your car. Parking is located directly below the building, and the elevator is right there. Only two condominiums occupy the entire floor. Upon exiting the elevator, the unit door is immediately to the left.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a purified water system.

A new 65-inch 4K television with Roku is mounted above the cozy gas fireplace in the living room, which also has a large couch perfect for relaxation or movie viewing.

A second new 65-inch 4K television with Roku is above the fireplace in the master bedroom. This TV can be pivoted to be viewed from the master bathroom\'s jacuzzi tub.

The second bedroom contains a smart television with Roku.

There is abundant cabinet space in the kitchen and ample closet space in the bedrooms.

The pool area, which includes a kiddie pool and a jacuzzi, overlooks the cliff and provides spectacular viewing spots. Please note: Guests have access only to the south east pool area. The north west pool is reserved for owners or long-term renters.

K-38 is a famous surf spot, considered one of the best in all of Baja, known for its long, rolling waves that allow for some of the longest rides you will ever experience. A significant advantage is its privacy, as surfers have direct access only if they are staying at Club Marena or if they paddle a long distance around from the south.
