Reservation Request Guidelines

Before submitting a reservation inquiry, please ensure your profile is fully completed with a recognizable photograph and verification. Additionally, kindly share details about your party and the purpose of your visit. I am placing my trust in you with my home and ask that you treat the property and the neighborhood with respect.

Property Condition

Guests are required to leave the property in its original state, including all furnishings and appliances.

Important Notices

• To avoid plumbing blockages, please refrain from disposing of any items in the toilet. Waste bins and bags are provided within the home.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Gatherings involving loud music and excessive drinking are not permitted.

Cleaning Guidelines

• Guests must tidy up after themselves, which includes washing all dishes and removing trash the evening before scheduled collection.

Check-in & Check-out Policies

• Early check-in is subject to availability. If the home is prepared, a complimentary check-in at 2:30 PM may be offered. Access earlier than that time incurs a 100 USD fee.
• Late check-out is also dependent on availability and must be arranged ahead of time. Standard check-out is complimentary until 10:30 AM. An extension until 12:00 PM is available for a 100 USD fee to facilitate accelerated cleaning.

Provided Essentials

We supply the following essential items in starter amounts, sufficient for approximately three days:

• Shampoo and conditioner
• Body wash
• Dishwashing detergent
• Laundry detergent
• Trash bags
• Tissue and paper towels

Any supplies needed beyond this initial period are the responsibility of the guest.

Extended Stays

For reservations exceeding 30 nights, guests are accountable for any utility costs that surpass the included monthly baseline.
