Guests can enjoy a game room equipped with ping pong and foosball tables. The home features five queen-sized memory foam beds and an outdoor barbecue area. A hike to the Hollywood Sign is nearby, and the sign itself is visible from the backyard. The trailhead for the Lake Hollywood hike is within walking distance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Pool Heating, Jacuzzi, and Spa: For guests wishing to use a heated pool or Jacuzzi, this service is available for an extra charge of $100 per night. To have the pool warmed prior to your arrival, please notify us and a team member will arrange for it to be heated in the morning. Be advised that heating the pool can take between 5 to 10 hours or more, depending on the outdoor temperature, while the Jacuzzi requires approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Please note that only one feature—either the pool or the spa—can be heated at a time.

Please be aware that the pool is situated within a natural setting, which may result in leaves and twigs occasionally falling into the water. Windy conditions can increase the amount of debris, though a professional cleaning service maintains the pool twice weekly. A pool net is provided on-site for guest use if needed.

To comply with local regulations, guests may be required to complete a secure verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, and stating the reason for your stay. This information is used solely for screening and verification and is not retained or used for other purposes.

By confirming a reservation, you agree that you may need to provide a valid government ID before check-in. Please understand that your check-in instructions may not be released until you have completed the necessary verification steps in our guest portal.

For security and to deter unauthorized gatherings, two surveillance cameras are installed on the premises:

• A Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance.
• A camera in the backyard facing the pool area.
