Your private bedroom is situated on the ground level and has its own separate entrance. You will also have full access to the laundry facilities.

The attractive white house is centrally located in Santa Monica, positioned just above the Urth Caffe on Main Street. The building is peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surrounding area is vibrant and offers plenty of activities, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and enjoyable bars right next door. A water store, fitness studios, and grocery stores are all within easy walking distance. You can stroll to the Santa Monica Promenade and the famous Santa Monica Pier. All local bus stops are also within walking distance. This location is highly favored by travel nurses and tourists alike.

Parking & Storage

I can provide a street parking pass for the same block. Parking here is surprisingly straightforward, and this particular street is not a common area for homeless individuals to congregate. There is also space in the garage to store your bicycle and any additional belongings.

All bills are included in the rent. This covers wifi, electricity, and water.
