About This House

I offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condominium timeshare vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta, San Jose Del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, and Cancun. Nightly rates for studios begin at $289. One-bedroom and two-bedroom suites are priced higher. The participating resorts include Sunset Plaza Beach Resort and Spa and Plaza Pelicanos Grand Beach Resort in Puerto Vallarta; Club Regina, Villa Vera, and Puerto Isla Mujeres in Cancun; and Club Regina Los Cabos in San Jose Del Cabo along with Club Cascadas De Baja in Cabo San Lucas. Rentals are also available for fishing tournaments such as the Bisbee Tournaments.

Accommodation Details

The suites are fully furnished and feature kitchenettes with two-burner stoves, living rooms containing sofa sleepers, a dining area, and bathrooms with soaking tubs. Some units include a patio with ocean views, subject to location. All suites are strictly non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

Resort Amenities

The Cabo resorts are situated directly on the beach, the Puerto Vallarta property is located on the marina, and the Cancun resort is also beachfront. Common amenities typically include complimentary WiFi at minimum in the lobby area, on-site snack bars, pool bars, restaurants, swimming pools, and more.

Booking Terms and Payment

• A deposit of half the total rental payment is required to reserve a week if the booking is made more than 60 days in advance.
• For bookings within 60 days or for holiday weeks, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• I will issue a PayPal invoice for payment. You do not need a PayPal account; debit or credit card payments are accepted.
• Once payment is received in my PayPal account (typically within minutes), I will contact owner reservations to place the reservation under your name. This process may take 24 to 48 hours.
• The confirmation will include the direct reservations number, which you may call to verify the booking before submitting your final payment.
• The full remaining balance is due within 24 hours of you receiving the reservation confirmation. A second PayPal invoice will be sent for this balance.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final with no cancellations or refunds. If you have concerns about potential trip cancellation, purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended. One suggested provider is www.allianztravelinsurance.com.
