Hello,
I am a mature woman seeking a rental unit such as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), studio, or guest house. My ideal move-in timeframe would be around the beginning of December.
As I work from home two days per week, reliable and high-speed internet access is an important requirement for me. I do not own any pets myself, but I am very comfortable around dogs and am open to living in a pet-friendly environment.
