Family with Property Management Experience Seeking Affordable Housing (Santa Clarita)

About This House

We are a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young children, and we are seeking a rental property or apartment. With over a decade of experience in property management, we have previously overseen two units and managed more than four tenants.

Our housing search is focused on finding a place within or below the low $2000 range. We are open to either one spacious bedroom or a two-bedroom unit. Currently, our entire family shares one room, and while we can continue this arrangement, we would prefer a two-bedroom home to allow our children space as they grow. We have two pets: a well-behaved, elderly husky weighing under 50 pounds and a well-mannered cat. If necessary, we can discuss the possibility of the husky staying with his grandparents, though we would ideally like to keep him with us.

My husband is employed full-time with a stable income. We are prepared to relocate promptly once we find a suitable home that meets our needs and budget.
