I am approaching my search on dealszonelist with some caution but remain optimistic it will result in a favorable housing arrangement. I am seeking accommodation in East Los Angeles neighborhoods such as Los Feliz, Silverlake, Echo Park, Highland Park, or Atwater Village, with a move-in date around January. I am flexible, considering either a temporary sublet that could transition into a longer-term lease or a shared living situation with compatible individuals.

I am a man in my thirties, employed remotely as a psychotherapist. I am also a dedicated musician. While pursuing music full-time was a past aspiration that may no longer be feasible, I remain actively involved in bands and intend to continue. My personal interests include health, wellness, outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing, and biking, as well as acting, design, and appreciating nature.

I am hoping to find a home with a sense of community, ideally living alongside other creative people who are open to spending time together and cultivating positive, friendly relationships. I enjoy being social and frequently attend live shows, concerts, theater performances, and restaurants. However, I am not a significant consumer of alcohol or recreational drugs.

A pet-friendly home would be wonderful, as I have a ten-year-old dog who is very relaxed. My budget is ideally under $1750 for a shared space and up to $2200 for a private unit.
