I am seeking an apartment or a private room within a shared residence, ideally located close to Ventura Boulevard. I am also open to considering areas such as Encino, Sherman Oaks, or Studio City. My budget is limited, but I am willing to contribute by helping with home care and light cleaning duties. Please note, I am not seeking a full-time, live-in housekeeping role.

I am a creative individual who dedicates time to artistic pursuits, painting, and often works from various coffee shops. My online academic program begins next week. I am generally quiet, tidy, and respectful, with a curious nature. I occasionally enjoy listening to music at a higher volume. I have been sober for three years and two months and do not smoke tobacco, though I may use cannabis recreationally on occasion, always off the premises.

Having recently moved to the country, I do not currently own a vehicle, but I possess a valid driver\'s license.
