About This House

Spaces ranging from 1,000 to 2,200 square feet are sought. The furnishings should be sturdy and cushioned, with no delicate or overly complicated areas. The venue should comfortably accommodate 50 to 100 adults, with shoes removed upon entry. The attendees are a respectful and professional group of gay men.

The following are strictly prohibited: smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use. Each event cycle, which includes setup, the event itself, and cleanup, will last approximately 8 hours. The rate is $200 per event, to be paid promptly. A positive ongoing relationship could lead to regular bookings, such as monthly or twice-monthly engagements.

I am happy to arrange an in-person meeting with any prospective host who has a suitable location. Please note that our events have been successfully held in private residences for several years. While we currently have venues, we are actively seeking additional ones.

Inquiries regarding spaces priced significantly higher than the rate mentioned will not be entertained. I am not interested in conducting business with non-local individuals or representatives from large corporations attempting to sell me premium event venues costing thousands of dollars.
