I have attached the relevant sales information for these lots. For those interested in visiting the site, I recommend the following directions: When traveling south, uphill on Beverly Glen Boulevard, you will pass Beverly Glen Terrace on your right. My properties begin approximately 110 feet beyond that street, located on the upslope side of Beverly Glen Boulevard. We have roughly 350 feet of frontage along the boulevard. Continuing past the lots, you will navigate a hairpin turn opposite Oakfield Drive and Beverly Ridge Drive. The first accessible driveway you will encounter is a small private road named \"No Name Street.\" Turn right onto this street and proceed 100-200 feet to a sharp left bend in the road. At this point, you can turn right onto a small vacant area suitable for parking. A chain link fence on the west side of this parking area marks the eastern boundary of our property. Our lots extend westward to the blacktop driveway of our western neighbor. Please note that neighbor may have vehicles parked on a portion of the property.
