Job Title: Yard Attendant

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

We are looking for a dependable Yard Attendant, which could be an individual or a couple, to monitor our property during evening hours and help with basic maintenance. This position is perfect for a person with a trailer or recreational vehicle who requires a safe parking location.

What We Provide:

• A designated spot within our yard for your trailer or RV
• Access to a maintained portable restroom on the property
• A secure setting in San Luis Obispo
• This is a service-for-space agreement—no monetary rent is required in return for your nightly presence and support

Duties:

• Remain on the property overnight to ensure it is unoccupied by others
• Maintain a visible, watchful presence and notify us of any suspicious occurrences
• Complete around five hours each week of general tidying and other simple yard work
• Be present on-site to address straightforward client inquiries before directing them to our main office
• Contact the yard manager or the San Luis Obispo Police Department regarding trespassers or unusual property activity
• Collaborate with the company\'s yard manager as required
• Maintain a functional cell phone at all times to communicate with office and management staff
• Notify the office in advance of any times you will be away from the property

Requirements:

• Must supply your own trailer or recreational vehicle (please note, water and electrical connections are not provided)
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, and at ease performing light duties and acting as an on-site representative
• A consistently operational cell phone is mandatory
• Strong communication abilities and a cooperative attitude in working with management are essential
