Your private bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, nightstand and lamp, closet, and dresser drawers.

I am seeking a roommate who is exceptionally respectful, clean, organized, considerate, and very quiet. The environment is drug-free, pet-free, and not suitable for parties. Students from LBCC or CSULB are welcome. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and have a basic understanding of Portuguese.

Public bus routes run just one block away, providing convenient transportation to local colleges and universities.
