This property served as Johnny Depp\'s apartment in the film Ed Wood. It is a historic four-plex situated in the Fairfax district of Beverly. The location is merely two brief blocks from Fairfax Avenue, two longer blocks from Melrose Avenue, and two longer blocks from the internationally renowned Farmers Market and The Grove. Perfectly positioned amidst a variety of activities, bars, and restaurants, all are within a five-minute walking distance. A bus stop is located two short blocks away on Fairfax Avenue, providing access to Hollywood Boulevard and the Metro Subway system. A single twenty-minute bus ride connects you to Santa Monica.
One bedroom is currently available and can be offered either furnished or unfurnished. There is a substantial amount of furniture in the garage that can be utilized for decoration. A potential arrangement exists: if you are able to prepare an additional meal at least six times per week, a couple of times daily for my father who lives next door, I will offer a discount on your rent and cover the cost of the food. The discounted rental rate would be $1000 per month for a suitable candidate, whereas the standard rent is $1500 per month.
