About This House
Seeking a roommate to share a three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence in Silverlake.
This is a standalone front unit within a duplex, featuring an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning, brand-new appliances, and a Ring camera security system. The location is one block south of Cafecito Organico in Silverlake, with shared two-car parking available in front. The layout of the rooms and living room is open to discussion and rearrangement. The living and dining areas are already furnished as shown in the accompanying pictures. One bedroom will be available unfurnished, one bedroom will be my own, and the use of the third room can be discussed for either shared or private purposes.
The goal is to find a single roommate to share the entire unit. Utilities and monthly house cleaning services are not included in the rent. The rental price is somewhat negotiable, so please make contact if you have any inquiries.
About Me:
- I am a 36-year-old female with a hybrid work schedule, requiring me to be in the office three days per week. I maintain a very clean living environment (shoes are not worn inside the house). I work in advertising on the westside. As a Southern California native, I prefer to socialize outside the home but also enjoy watching shows, movies, or playing board games at home. I occasionally have friends over when attending local events, but I do not host large parties. On weeknights, I am typically in bed by 10 PM.
- I have a 23-pound mini Goldendoodle named Bruce who is extremely friendly and craves attention. He will likely seek to spend time with you and may bring toys into your room. He accompanies me to work on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please note, no other dogs or cats are permitted.
About You:
- Gender is not important, provided you are a kind, clean individual who enjoys dogs.
- You should be able to work from home and could potentially occupy two of the three bedrooms if you desire a private office, storage, or closet space.
- You must be respectful of my standard 9-to-5 work schedule and maintain a quiet household in the evenings.
- Smoking cigarettes is not allowed.
- The ideal candidate would be someone who travels frequently and needs a reliable person to watch over their belongings. If this does not describe you, that is perfectly acceptable as long as you are a relaxed and respectful person.
The preferred move-in date is January, but there is some flexibility. A security deposit equivalent to one month\'s rent is required.
