About This House
Sharing a unit within a two-bedroom apartment. This arrangement presents significant value, as it is comparable to renting an entire residence at a substantially reduced rate, given that I will be absent for the majority of the time. The cost-effectiveness is enhanced by my anticipated presence being limited to only ten percent of the time.
Should we establish a positive rapport, I may consider contributing toward a portion of the utility expenses. Pets could be a possibility, but prior approval is mandatory and cannot be assured. Each bedroom is equipped with its own independent air conditioning unit. You will be allocated the primary bedroom and a reserved parking space for your exclusive use.
Shared Common Areas
Kitchen: Storage and appliances will be divided equally. Half of all cabinetry and refrigerator space will be designated for my use, with the remaining half allocated to you.
Bathroom: This facility will be shared.
Living Room: This common area will be shared.
