At Wellness Housing, we provide budget-friendly shared accommodation options at our two transitional residences for men located in Los Angeles.
Our arrangement features a straightforward monthly rate that covers all utility expenses. We are also participants in the DPSS General Relief housing initiatives, including the Pilot, Grow, and Start programs.
Residents enjoy 24-hour access with the freedom to come and go at their convenience.
These homes are for single adults exclusively; we cannot accommodate couples, children, or pets.
All rooms are shared spaces and are not available as private quarters. They come furnished with bunk beds, dressers, and storage closets.
The common living area is equipped with a 55-inch television and high-speed 1 Gigabit WiFi internet.
The kitchen includes refrigerators, an oven, a stove, and basic cookware, allowing you to prepare and store your own meals.
On-site coin-operated laundry machines are available for resident use.
The pricing is as follows: $650 per month for either a top or bottom bunk bed within a shared bedroom. $750 per month for a single bed, which is not a bunk bed and has no one sleeping above or below you, also within a shared bedroom.
A one-time registration fee of $50 is required after you tour the property and decide to proceed with moving in.
