The rental arrangement is month-to-month at a rate of $800, plus utilities, which typically range from $60 to $90 per two-month period. A security deposit of $800 is required. On-site laundry facilities are available. The household is 420-friendly. This room is intended for a single occupant only; pets and parties are not permitted. A relaxed and calm atmosphere is expected.
