This is a comfortable and expansive, fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence in the heart of West Hollywood.

ABOUT US:

We are reliable Airbnb Superhosts with 15 years of verifiable experience. My partner and I are working professionals and are the owners of one cat and two rescued rabbits. This is our primary residence.

ABOUT YOU:

We seek a clean, responsible, communicative non-smoker who takes pride in maintaining a home and is accustomed to short-term rental agreements. The ideal candidate will have positive reviews, be quiet, experienced in subletting, and have no pets of their own to care for our space during the specified dates.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

The total cost for the sublet from December 19th to January 5th is $2,800, which covers all utilities and internet.

• A fully refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
• A cleaning fee of $150 applies.

For reference, our monthly rent is $5,100, and we believe our asking price is very reasonable.
