This is a rental for the entire apartment, not a shared space. The arrangement is a temporary sublet.
The apartment is exceptionally quiet, situated away from the main road in a building with only two units. It offers a high degree of privacy and tranquility. The surrounding neighborhood is attractive, secure, and ideal for walking or jogging. Ample street parking is available. For stays exceeding 30 days, private parking will be provided. Please note, parties are not permitted. As I am the resident, some of my personal belongings and basic pantry items remain in the unit.
Rental Terms:
- Minimum stay: 4 nights at a rate of $95.00 per night.
- Monthly rate: $2,400.00, which includes all utilities.
- A cleaning fee of $175.00 applies.
Apartment Features:
- Fully furnished.
- Laminate wood flooring.
- Two air conditioning units and heating.
- Kitchen equipped with a microwave and stove.
- Furnishings include a queen-size bed with frame, a pull-out sofa, a dresser, a closet, and a desk with chair.
- On-site washer and dryer.
- Provision of kitchenware, dinnerware, drinking glasses, sheets, bedding, and towels.
