The Space

The unit is fully furnished and includes its own mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a desk. Please refer to the provided photographs. It offers direct access to a patio with breathtaking views.

Additional Details

A separate, shared bathroom is equipped with dual sinks. I value peaceful and tidy individuals. As an artist, writer, and performer, I frequently work from my studio or on set. This home is a sanctuary, a place for rest and rejuvenation. Tenants must be employed at least part-time outside the home.

I share the property with a very affectionate rescue dog. There is approximately one acre of hillside space available for enjoyment.

The location provides quick access to the 5, 210, and 170 freeways. It is roughly 15 minutes to Burbank, 30 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles, and 20 minutes to Hollywood.
