I can accommodate a flexible move-in date for December and will adjust rent accordingly.

• Do you keep the existing deposit, or is a new one needed? I will confirm this procedure with management.

One washer and one dryer are located on the ground floor. Payment is accepted via coins or a mobile app. The machines are seldom busy, though Sunday afternoons tend to be the peak time.
