The monthly rate of $800 covers all expenses, including utilities, soap, toilet paper, and warm blankets. A refundable deposit of $200 is required, which will be returned provided there is no damage or need for excessive cleaning.

Tenants must have full-time daytime employment outside of this living space. The area is peaceful at night but becomes busier after 9:00 PM on weekdays.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

This is a very small shared space with one clean female roommate, who is also available to assist you as needed.

You will occupy the back bedroom, which is privately partitioned. Another roommate stays in the living room area behind a separate partition. No one will enter your side of the space at night. While limitations apply, this arrangement is exceptionally economical. A full 30-page background check is not conducted, and you will not be added to the lease.
