About This House

This is a private, partitioned, and secure small area with limited square footage located above Sunset Boulevard, away from the noise and congestion of heavy traffic. It serves as an excellent transportation hub, situated just eight blocks from Union Station. All major RTD lines are only two to four blocks away, and Downtown Los Angeles is a mere four blocks from the location.

The monthly rate is $799, which includes all utilities, internet, soap, toilet paper, and even warm blankets. A $200 refundable cleaning deposit is required. A complimentary maid service is provided daily, with particular attention to the bathroom.

You must maintain full-time daytime employment outside of this living space. The area is very peaceful at night, but after 9:00 AM on weekdays, activity increases as the space also functions as an office.

House Rules:

1. No mail service.
2. No deliveries.
3. No visitors.
4. No kitchen access. Eating or smoking in the bedroom is prohibited to prevent attracting bugs.
5. Tenants must maintain cleanliness.
6. No additional pets are allowed. Please note there is a house cat, so you must be comfortable with cats.
7. Please use headphones at night.
8. No frequent coming and going after 10:00 PM. The neighbors are quiet and work daytime hours, so it is important not to disturb them.

A full background check will not be conducted. However, certain credentials are required as criteria for occupancy. You should not be on any watch lists, and if arriving at night, please follow compliance protocols. You are not being charged a full month\'s deposit.
