About This House

Hello. A single man is seeking a room for immediate occupancy in the Santa Monica, Venice, or Culver City vicinity.

I am willing to sleep on the floor of a garage, laundry room, or even a garden shed. I am an absolute animal lover, fond of both cats and dogs. I would be happy to assist with pet care duties, including feeding, cleaning litter boxes, or walking dogs.

I do not struggle with mental health or substance abuse issues, and I do not consume alcohol. I maintain a neat and clean personal appearance. I have attempted shelters, but they are at full capacity, which underscores the severity of the current housing shortage.

I receive nutritional support through the SNAP program, so I can provide my own food. My primary need is simply a place to sleep. Securing employment becomes significantly easier when one does not have to arrive at an interview carrying all their belongings.
