About This House

Hello, I am currently employed and work between five and six days per week, with shifts lasting from eight to twelve hours each day. I am seeking a room to rent. Having daily access to a fully functional shower is a necessity. I anticipate being away from the residence frequently; however, I require a reliable place to return to and unwind after my workday concludes. My schedule is committed through January, and proximity to the studio is essential, as I must report to work by 6:00 AM daily.

I am looking for a secure and well-maintained living space.

My budget is $650.00 for the period from October 31st or November 1st through November 30th, 2025.

For the months of December and January, I can increase my payment to $700.

This is a new position, and I am awaiting my first paycheck, which I expect to receive by this Friday.
