About This House

Hello. We are Ashley Nursing and Jose Child Development, both full-time students at Los Angeles City College. We are currently seeking a compact private studio apartment in Los Angeles, Gardena, Carson, or other areas proximate to the LACC campus.

We receive consistent financial aid, which provides a steady income, and we have a history of paying rent promptly. We consider ourselves responsible and quiet tenants.

We are the owners of two small dogs, each weighing 14 and 15 pounds. They are house-trained, calm in temperament, kept exclusively indoors, and are current on all vaccinations.

As we do not own a vehicle, you will not need to be concerned about providing parking. A location with convenient access to public transit would be a significant advantage for us.

Our budget is set at $900 per month. We are prepared to provide a deposit and move in without delay.
