Key Responsibilities
- Deliver service and support to retail customers through telephone, email, and online chat channels.
- Offer informed guidance regarding our client\'s product range, encompassing materials, finishes, and installation specifics.
- Help customers make well-considered buying choices that align with their design objectives.
- Accurately and efficiently handle orders, exchanges, and returns.
- Address customer inquiries or issues promptly and with professionalism.
- Work alongside sales, logistics, and operations teams to guarantee smooth order processing.
- Uphold elevated standards of customer contentment and brand allegiance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably within retail, home décor, or lighting sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a dedication to prioritizing customer needs.
- Prior background in managing inbound service calls.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks across phone, email, and online customer platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure.

- Familiarity with CRM software, order management systems, and email platforms is advantageous.
Schedule & Work Setting
- This is a full-time position, operating from Monday to Friday.
- Thorough training will be provided on product knowledge and customer support systems.
