Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Job Opportunity: Office and Workflow Manager

We are seeking an individual to oversee daily office operations, with specific experience in parts procurement and damage assessment writing. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of five years within the automotive repair sector, have working knowledge of CCCone software, and be prepared to assume a supervisory position within our facility. Primary Duties:

• Oversee shop workflow to guarantee repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Prepare comprehensive damage estimates using CCCone software for various types of vehicle damage.
• Coordinate timely parts ordering to facilitate an uninterrupted repair process.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding repair status and manage their expectations.
• Perform administrative duties associated with repair orders and maintaining customer documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a body shop or automotive repair environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency using CCCone software for creating estimates and managing repair jobs.
• Must have dependable personal transportation.
