This position is open to EXPERIENCED workers from a Document Scanning environment ONLY.

COMPENSATION: Starting rate is $17.87 per hour.
EMPLOYEE TYPE: Part-time or full-time, with the potential to work up to 40 hours weekly.
A rate of $18.80 per hour is offered for candidates with driver (delivery) experience.

We are a small but growing document digitization company based in Encino, California, seeking an associate to assist with preparing files for scanning.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel, typically within the Los Angeles area.
• Possession of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some prior experience in the document scanning industry.
• Punctual attendance.
• Must be free from drugs and smoke.
• Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (hours may vary).
• Ability to prepare documents according to specific client instructions.
• Skill in identifying preparation errors and reporting them to a supervisor.
• Must follow established procedures and instructions, communicating with a supervisor or trainer as needed to meet customer expectations.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of completed work.
• Must uphold confidentiality and security of client information as per client guidelines.
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality levels that meet departmental standards.
• Planning and organizational skills required to manage a workload with complex, multiple assignments.
• Intermediate proficiency with computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
• Capable of performing high levels of repetitive motion on a daily basis.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

The selected candidate will be required to pass drug and background screenings, HIPAA compliance verification, and sign related documentation. We will provide guidance and cover all costs associated with these required tests.
