We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated office manager to ensure our daily operations proceed efficiently and to contribute to our team\'s achievements.

Primary Duties:

  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities.
  • Provide support with human resources functions, such as payroll processing and new hire orientation, as required.
  • Manage service inquiries received via telephone and email.
  • Handle credit card transactions and assist with invoicing and accounts receivable.
  • Perform fundamental bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in office management or a customer service role.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with office software suites, including MS Office.
  • A constructive outlook, solid professional ethics, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
