We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated office manager to ensure our daily operations proceed efficiently and to contribute to our team\'s achievements.
Primary Duties:
- Supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Provide support with human resources functions, such as payroll processing and new hire orientation, as required.
- Manage service inquiries received via telephone and email.
- Handle credit card transactions and assist with invoicing and accounts receivable.
- Perform fundamental bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of experience in office management or a customer service role.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Superb communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with office software suites, including MS Office.
- A constructive outlook, solid professional ethics, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
