Requirements

• A minimum of four years of hands-on construction experience, managing projects comprehensively from commencement to conclusion.
• An initiative-taking, meticulous approach and a willingness to learn through practical experience.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and team members—resilience is essential.
• Familiarity and ease with construction-specific software applications.
• Knowledge of the building process and the ability to interpret basic blueprints.
• An aptitude for design is advantageous—greater attention to detail is highly valued.
• Capability to develop detailed Gantt chart schedules that include task dependencies.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all stages of construction projects, ensuring adherence to contractual specifications and deadlines.
• Formulate project plans, covering scope, timeline, and budget forecasts, utilizing construction management software like HeavyBid and Prolog.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to promote clear communication and teamwork across the project duration.
• Manage project scheduling to guarantee tasks are completed on time while optimizing resource allocation.
• Perform routine site inspections to track advancement, resolve problems, uphold quality standards, and confirm compliance with safety rules.
• Compile and deliver frequent progress reports to stakeholders, noting major milestones and any possible risks or setbacks.
• Apply construction estimating methods to generate precise cost forecasts for materials, workforce, and machinery.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project for compliance and record-keeping.
• Comfort with social media platforms and content generation.
• Experience in budgeting and a grasp of job costing principles.
• Utilization of spreadsheets and specialized construction software for project management duties.

Experience

• Demonstrated background as a Construction Project Manager or in a comparable role within the construction sector.
• Skill in operating construction management software such as JobTread, BuilderTrend, ProCore, or similar systems.
• Solid grasp of project management fundamentals and methods, with an emphasis on efficient scheduling practices.
• Superior organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle several projects at once and meet time constraints.
• Strong leadership qualities, with a proven track record of inspiring teams and encouraging a cooperative workplace.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders at every level.
