We are currently looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to become a part of our organization. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient administrative workflows. The perfect applicant will have the competencies outlined below, along with strong communication capabilities, adept time management, and a meticulous approach.
Primary Duties:
- Carry out data entry activities to ensure records are kept precise and up-to-date.
- Update and generate spreadsheet documents.
- Keep orderly filing systems for both paper-based and digital records.
- Handle procurement of materials and necessary supplies.
- Manage incoming telephone calls.
- Support with general office tasks.
- Offer administrative assistance to different departments as required.
Required Expertise, Abilities, and Credentials:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Data Entry role.
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
- Solid office skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Adobe, and Internet applications.
- Competent in data entry with a commitment to precision and a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Strong organizational talents with the capacity to handle several duties concurrently.
- Effective time management to adeptly prioritize everyday tasks.
- Outstanding telephone manners and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capable of upholding confidentiality and handling sensitive data with professionalism.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, from Monday through Friday.
- Compensation will be determined according to relevant experience.
