About This Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to become part of our property management team at our San Fernando Valley headquarters. This position is essential for supporting day-to-day office functions, communicating with residents and service providers, and ensuring the efficient operation of our maintenance and leasing processes.
Primary Duties
- Handle telephone communications, direct calls appropriately, and address tenant questions.
- Oversee maintenance work orders and schedule service providers.
- Organize digital records, email correspondence, and office documentation.
- Draft notices, official letters, and bilingual communications.
- Support leasing documentation, new tenant onboarding, and regulatory compliance forms.
- Provide general administrative assistance to ownership and the management team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Hebrew is mandatory.
- Must reside in or close to the San Fernando Valley. This is not a remote position.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Exceptionally organized, attentive to details, and capable of learning quickly.
- Proficient with computers, spreadsheet programs, and standard office software.
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is beneficial but not essential.
