In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to GHP Managers and other team members to facilitate the completion of administrative duties and ensure smooth business operations. Your responsibilities include aiding in the creation and execution of procedures that enhance the productivity of GHP staff and daily functions. Office Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and assemble necessary materials.
- Perform reception tasks such as answering phones and welcoming guests.
- Offer general administrative and clerical assistance to the management team and office personnel.
- Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Oversee filing systems to guarantee all records are precise and up-to-date.
- Monitor office supply expenditures and help with budget oversight under the Office Manager\'s guidance.
- Assist with special projects, events, and company initiatives as delegated.
- Act as a liaison among departments to foster effective internal communication.
- Distribute company announcements, memoranda, and reports when necessary.
- Carry out additional tasks pertinent to the role or as assigned by the Office Manager.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly, optimistic, and collaborative attitude.
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of two years of experience in office administration.
- Skilled in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Able to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Superior organizational abilities with a demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
- Inquisitive and improvement-focused mindset—capable of identifying and applying innovative business solutions and best practices.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Regular and reliable physical attendance is mandatory.
- Frequently move throughout and ascend/descend stairs within the building.
- Constantly position oneself to bend, stoop, reach, and lift.
- Occasionally lift, move, or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without assistance.
- Frequently lift, move, or carry items weighing approximately 5 pounds.
- Constantly communicate and exchange information with coworkers, vendors, residents, and visitors.
- Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods.
- Ability to clearly observe details at close range.
- Constant operation of computers, 10-key pads, and other office equipment.
- Constant work in environments with low to moderate noise levels.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
Salary Range: $24.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
