Role and Responsibilities
Personal Support:
- Running personal errands, handling shopping, and fulfilling special requests.
- Serving as the point of contact for household staff, contractors, and service providers.
- Overseeing household calendars, maintenance bookings, and deliveries.
- Monitoring and coordinating personal tasks and initiatives.
Administrative Support:
- Upkeeping personal filing systems and records.
- Managing private documents and information with confidentiality.
- Performing additional assigned duties.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organizing the Principal\'s personal and household calendar, encompassing appointments, events, and travel.
- Arranging domestic and international travel, including logistics and lodging.
- Managing reservations, event tickets, and personal commitments.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of two years of prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or production assistant (experience from industries such as film or photography is acceptable).
- Proven capacity for sound decision-making in varied scenarios, with superior written and spoken communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Established track record of maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive issues appropriately.
- Excellent organizational talents with effective prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated individual who can foresee requirements and act promptly.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and timetables.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Apple iPhone/iPad, and database systems.
- Ability to work comfortably in a rapid, high-pressure atmosphere.
- A valid driver\'s license is mandatory; vehicle ownership is preferred but not essential.
Additional Information
- The offered salary range is $75,000 to $95,000 for a standard 40-hour work week, contingent on experience. Overtime is paid at a rate of 1.5 times the standard hourly wage.
- Comprehensive benefits package includes a company contribution to the 401k plan.
- The period between Christmas and New Year\'s Day is provided as a paid holiday.
