Your Responsibilities:

• Transform grimy pups into gleaming stars: Perform bathing, drying, nail trimming, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, and fur detangling to a high standard.
• Act as a canine expert: Carry out detailed evaluations, assessing each dog\'s eyes, ears, nails, teeth, coat, and skin, and suggest additional grooming services or products.
• Master communicator: Clearly explain service costs and communicate the benefits of our add-on services, ensuring pet owners are fully informed.
• Prioritize and organize: Schedule your canine clients based on their individual needs, guaranteeing those with extra grooming appointments receive priority attention.
• Maintain a spotless space: Keep the bathing area immaculate through sanitizing and vacuuming, ensuring a secure and inviting setting.
• Welcome and inform: Greet each dog and owner by name, provide an estimated pickup time, and exemplify our GOT HEART customer service approach.
• Detail-oriented professional: Ensure all kennel cards are accurately completed with special instructions, health issues, or specific client requests.
• Ensure hydration: Keep canine clients properly watered and ensure they are walked regularly, watching for any indications of stress.
• Uphold safety: Respond quickly to any staff or dog injuries, maintaining a secure salon environment for all.
