Job Description:

Lil Bill’s Beach Side Market is looking for an amiable, dependable, and bilingual (English and Spanish) person to become part of our crew as a Bicycle Rental and Concession Stand Clerk. This role includes helping customers with bicycle rentals, overseeing snack and beverage sales, and ensuring the workspace remains tidy, orderly, and inviting. The perfect applicant will appreciate working outside, delivering top-tier customer support, and contributing to a team dedicated to beachside leisure and enjoyment.

Primary Duties:

• Welcome and aid customers in English and Spanish.
• Manage bicycle rental operations, including intake and return processes.
• Accurately handle transactions and maintain daily sales documentation.
• Make and serve concession items such as snacks and beverages.
• Ensure rental and sales areas are clean, well-organized, and fully supplied.
• Conduct simple equipment inspections and report any service requirements.
• Adhere to all safety and cleanliness protocols consistently.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Dependable, timely, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling cash and using a point-of-sale system.
• Must be able to work outdoors and remain standing for long durations.
• Prior experience in retail, food service, or rentals is a plus.
