We are currently looking for a part-time bilingual customer service and spa manager to handle phone and text communications remotely. This role allows you to work from home, answering calls and messages for two massage spas located in the Pasadena/Arcadia region. While the position begins as remote, there is potential for it to evolve into an on-site managerial role at a spa in Pasadena. A trial period of one to two weeks will be conducted to ensure mutual suitability.
The starting compensation is approximately $1,500 per month for managing calls, texts, and bookings for one or two spas. Additional monthly bonuses ranging from $400 to $1,200 are available for meeting specific performance targets. Should responsibilities expand to cover four or five spas, the base monthly salary could increase to between $3,000 and $3,500, plus bonus incentives.
This is a part-time role involving remote management of phone and text inquiries. Call and message volume will fluctuate daily, potentially ranging from just a few to over a hundred contacts. You will be provided with one or two cell phones and may also need access to a computer or laptop.
Schedule
The core hours for availability are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. There may also be a requirement to work one weekend day, such as Saturday or Sunday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Female applicant with a pleasant voice and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese. Near-fluency in both languages is acceptable, but fluent Chinese typing skills are essential.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized. This role demands precision in managing schedules, notes, and client information beyond simply answering calls.
- Capable of multitasking with other activities while ensuring constant availability to answer incoming calls and messages.
- Previous experience working in a spa, as a masseuse, or in spa management is a significant advantage.
