Morgan Services is currently seeking an experienced Route Driver to join their team in Los Angeles. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, typically from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role includes competitive compensation plus commission opportunities.

No Commercial Driver\'s License is required for this role. Morgan Services, Inc. is looking for a driver to manage a route involving linen and uniforms. The selected candidate will service a dedicated set of clients in the hospitality and medical sectors. Responsibilities include the pickup and delivery of linen, uniforms, and facility service products such as floor mats, mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other related items. Daily duties involve operating a company-provided step-van to multiple customer locations, as well as physically handling products—carrying clean items in and removing soiled items from customer sites. Drivers are also tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues proactively. An additional key responsibility is to grow the assigned route by selling more products from the company\'s lineup, seeking opportunities to add value for existing clients. Routes are fixed to help drivers build strong relationships with their customers.

Route Driver Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess a valid driver\'s license with a clean driving history
• Must be capable of meeting physical demands, including lifting and carrying 30 to 75 pounds
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not required
• Experience driving commercial box trucks or step-vans is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be willing and able to pass a background check and a hair follicle drug screening
