About This Job
This part-time role offers a weekly commitment of 20 to 30 hours. The schedule runs from Monday through Friday during daytime hours, typically involving 4 to 6 hours of work each day.
Join a dynamic and expanding sign company. We utilize cutting-edge printing technology to produce a wide array of products, including wall and window graphics, vehicle wraps, banners, trade show displays, posters, and customized signage.

- Demonstrate diligence, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently at a brisk pace, and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Exhibit persistence and prompt follow-through with clients, possess a strong drive to achieve goals, and are not readily deterred by challenges.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Have proficient verbal and written communication skills, enabling professional discussions with clients and key decision-makers.
- Display excellent organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service through phone, email, fax, and in-person interactions.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Assist as required with generating reports, project close-out procedures, invoicing, and other necessary documentation.
- Identify and proactively address any issues affecting customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
