Do you desire a more vibrant environment? If yes, we are looking for a full-time Sales and Studio Technician to join our So. Pasadena Resource Center.

This role calls for an independent yet collaborative individual with an enthusiasm for sales, art, education, and glasswork. The ideal candidate will proactively identify needs to support customers, the store manager, and fellow sales and studio technicians. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service are fundamental. Sales growth will be achieved mainly through educational interactions with customers and students, conducting classes, and performing in-store demonstrations.

Essential Qualifications:

• A bachelor\'s degree, ideally in Fine Arts or Studio Art, or comparable practical experience
• Minimum of two years in Retail Sales or Customer Service
• Consistently positive and approachable demeanor
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Works effectively within a small team setting
• Background in teaching or instruction
• Superior organizational and communication abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail in all job aspects
• Direct, hands-on experience in the arts is a plus
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds
