An established company specializing in air conditioning, heating, and appliances, located in Northridge, California, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in coordinating service technicians. This includes scheduling for professionals in fields such as air conditioning, heating, appliances, plumbing, electrical work, or general maintenance. The role also involves arranging appointments with homeowners, tenants, and property management personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service support.
- Scheduling and confirming customer appointments.
- Dispatching technicians to job sites.
- Planning daily routes and job assignments for technicians.
- Performing data entry tasks.
- Handling invoice preparation.
This is a full-time position with regular hours from Monday to Friday.
