We have an immediate opening for a customer service support specialist and phone receptionist.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, route them to the correct department, and record detailed messages.
- Respond to email inquiries and offer clerical assistance when required.
- Support the Office Administrator with various tasks as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, phone, and email communication is required.
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, along with strong organizational and typing skills, are considered advantageous.
Requirements
- Outstanding, pleasant, and polite communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A professional demeanor on phone calls and in written messaging.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Must be able to commute reliably to Pacoima and arrive punctually for work.
Position Details
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Expected Weekly Hours: 20 hours
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Please note this is not a remote role. The position is located within our warehouse offices in Pacoima, CA.
