We are a company specializing in medical services, repairs, and sales, based in Pacoima, California.

We have an immediate opening for a customer service support specialist and phone receptionist.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, dependable, and professional. They must have strong communication and telephone abilities and work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, route them to the correct department, and record detailed messages.
  • Respond to email inquiries and offer clerical assistance when required.
  • Support the Office Administrator with various tasks as needed.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, phone, and email communication is required.
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, along with strong organizational and typing skills, are considered advantageous.

Requirements

  • Outstanding, pleasant, and polite communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A professional demeanor on phone calls and in written messaging.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Must be able to commute reliably to Pacoima and arrive punctually for work.

Position Details

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Expected Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Please note this is not a remote role. The position is located within our warehouse offices in Pacoima, CA.
