Eagle Rock Club Service has immediate full-time openings for drivers specializing in battery service technician roles. Become a member of our team now.

All applicants are required to:

• Be at least 25 years of age to meet our insurance policy requirements.
• Successfully pass a background investigation.
• Possess a valid California driver\'s license.
• Maintain a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Be fluent in English. Bilingual abilities are considered an advantage.
• Upon hiring, be available to attend AAA Certified Training Classes.
• Upon hiring, have the flexibility to work varying hours and be open to overtime opportunities.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service abilities.
• Exhibit a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Present a well-groomed appearance with proper hygiene.
• Be a responsible and reliable individual.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Prior experience in sales.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Background in Battery Service Provider (BSP) work.
• Previous towing experience with equipment such as wheel lifts and flatbeds, or in battery service.
• Existing AAA Certifications.
• Proficiency in a second language.
• Mechanical aptitude.
