About This Opportunity

This listing is for a compensated coaching position.

PrimeSpan Coaches are required to obtain the PrimeSpan Coach Certification. This professional credential is mandatory for coaching on our platform, analogous to the necessity of CPR certification, personal trainer credentials, or similar professional qualifications in related fields.

The certification process must be finished prior to undertaking any coaching duties. Individuals interested in acquiring this required credential and transitioning into a contracted coaching position are invited to submit an application.

Upon certification, coaches operate remotely as 1099 independent contractors, determine their own working hours, and receive client referrals via the PrimeSpan platform.

Coach Responsibilities (Post-Certification)

Certified PrimeSpan Coaches deliver non-medical, non-therapeutic lifestyle and accountability coaching to adults aged 55 and above. Key duties include:

• Leading clients through lifestyle routines grounded in evidence
• Assisting in forming habits related to movement, mindset, and daily structure
• Fostering consistency, motivation, and forward progress
• Conducting virtual check-ins or sessions
• Maintaining prompt communication and upholding professional boundaries
• Utilizing PrimeSpan tools for scheduling, note-taking, and progress tracking
• Developing your coaching practice according to your personal availability

Required Credential (Completed Before Start Date)

To coach with PrimeSpan, candidates must possess the PrimeSpan Coach Certification. This ensures all coaches meet our established standards for communication, ethical conduct, and client support.

Certification Overview:

• Format: Online, self-paced with some guided components
• Duration: Roughly 45 days
• Required before commencing coaching on the PrimeSpan platform

Specific details regarding the credential are provided during the initial screening phase. It is important to note that this certification is a prerequisite credential—it is not a job, internship, or training program in itself.

Compensation (After Certification)

Certified coaches generate income as independent contractors through the following avenues:

• Paid coaching sessions
• Client referral opportunities
• Optional specialized coaching tracks
• Bonuses based on performance

Actual earnings will differ based on individual schedules, availability, and client load. Comprehensive compensation details are disclosed during the screening stage.
